The opening plenary talk will be held in TBA
The conference sessions on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday morning will take place in the Lilloett and Dodgson rooms on the 3rd floor of the Ike Barber Learning Centre. IBLC is constructed around the centrepiece of the original 1925 Main Library, and is the home of UBC Rare Books and Special Collections, where you can see our small but perfectly formed medieval collection. A map of the building can be seen here.
The Lilloett and Dodgson rooms are on the 3rd floor of the IBLC, and are adjoined by the Chapman Learning Commons. As you are moving between sessions, please be aware that the Learning Commons in a student study space, so please keep the animated conversations at a minimum until you have moved down the stairs to the 2nd floor.
Our opening evening reception on Tuesday will be held in the Organic Rooftop Garden in the Nest.
The closing plenary on Friday 4.30 pm will be held in IBLC 182 (same room as the opening plenary).
