Online registration is now closed.
nb: The Online system does not give an official receipt (although you can screen-shot the payment page), but you will receive an official receipt in your conference pack. If you require an official receipt earlier than this, please email me and I will arrange one for you.
Registration costs include the Friday evening banquet, all receptions, and other conference costs.
For TT Faculty and other permanent position holders, the registration cost is $200 Canadian.
For non-TT Faculty, post-docs, and grad students, the registration cost is $150 Canadian.
Payment must be made by August 5th, 2016. Both Mastercard and VISA can be used.
